You have brought us together To your house o Lord

In 1991 Former Superior General, Rev. Mother Andrea met Abp Władysław of Łódź diocese and Rev. Fr. Mirosław Jagiełło Parish Priest of the of the Immaculate Conception Church in Łódź-Andrzejów. When the educational system was still in the hands of the communist regime Rev. Fr.Mirosław Jagiełło, concerned about the faith of the future generation was anxiously looking forward to have Religious sisters in his parish. Rev. Mother Andrea and her Council responded to the need of the hour. It was also considered as an opportunity to have more vocations to revive the congregation in Europe.

Father M. Jagiełło helped sisters to find an appropriate plot for the construction of the house cum a Kindergarden school. The foundation stone was blessed in May 1994 and 3 years later, with the Help of Divine Providence and support of the Mother House and a generous couple from Belgium Mrs & Mr Paul D’coll the house with a chapel an dthe school was blessed on 12th August 1996. We owe our heartfelt gratitude to Archbishop Władysław Żółek of Łódź diocese and the parish priest Rev.Fr. Mirosław Jagiełło. Sr. Boniface Castelino, Sr. Apoline Pais, Sr. Ephrezina Louis and Sr. Dorothy Sequeira were the proud pioneers of this new mission in Poland. We were well accepted and encouraged by the local people.

It was a colossal task for Indian sisters to start a Pre-primary school for the local children of Andrzejów. We owe our heartfelt gratitude Rev. Fr. Mirosław Jagiello who worked untiringly to make this dream a reality. We glorify the Lord for His abundant blessings. Our Pre-Primary school was opened on 1 September 1999. Under the guidance and wisdom of our Patron , St. Charles Borromeo and inspired by the pedagogical thought of St. Pope John Paul II and above all following kingdom values of Jesus Christ the great teacher enkindle the light of love and knowledge in the hearts of 50 innocent children every year.

The beginnings had their own pains and aches, we were obliged to have a lay Director for the school while 3 our own sisters were getting qualified while working in the school and getting experience simultaneously. The school is well known in the vicinity and parents feel happy to get their children in our school. Although the demands of the education department and local completion is a daily threat. Apart from the apostolate of educating the little ones, the sisters cater to the parish sacristy and visits to the aged and the sick.
