Samaspur Khalsa is a village in West Delhi, under Najafgarh zone. This village is in the vicinity of Dhansa village, close to Haryana border. This village is apparently ignored by the MCD and hence sees many unauthorised and illegal constructions not built according to the Master Plan of Delhi. Najafgarh is known as a well established grain market. The nearest Metro Station is Dwarka Mor 5.2 Kms, the Indira Gandhi International Airport about 25.5 Kms, the New Delhi Railway Station is approximately 28 Kms. One can also use the convenience of a Metro rail to commute between the Airport and the Railway Stations from Dwarka Mor Metro Station.
On 14.2.2004 in a meeting held in Hatia under the leadership of Sr. Ignatius Vice General, Sr. Amali the general Bursar, Provincials of three provinces and all the Superiors of Northern province it was decided that we give up DDA land since it was too expensive and getting delayed. Sr. Christine Vas- Provincial superior shouldered the responsibility of finding suitable land along with Sr. Emily & Sebasti to continue our educational ministry.

Thus on 9th July 2004, after much search, land was bought in Samaspur and registered in the presence of Sisters. Christine and Emily. The property at Samaspur was bought by two Societies-Provincial Congregation of Sisters. of St. Charles Bangalore and Ranchi with two registries.

On 14th Feb 2005 the site for school building was blessed by Fr. K J Johnny SDB in the presence of Sr. Christine Vas – Provincial, and the community. St. Charles School was established on 1st April 2005, It is an unaided minority institution open to children of all communities with a special responsibility of holistic formation of a child. The main aim of the school is to empower the women through girl’s education, where the women’s education was only 15%. We aim at inculcation of values in each student and Education is for social transformation. All the activities both curricular and co- curricular are arranged to realize the set goal. The school strives to provide a quality education within a safe and caring setting and considers every student as a unique gift of God and has a positive approach to their welfare. Till 2014 both the Najafgarh and Samaspur communities were under one superior. The superior was residing at St. Charles Shyam Enclave Najafgarh. In 2014 Sr. Elizabeth came as a Superior to Samaspur community. Now St. Charles High School is a full pledged CBSE School catering to 1100 students. St. Charles convent was blessed on 7th Sep. 2019.
