Mission Of Education Commission – (MOE)

According to the spirit of St. Charles Borromeo our Patron, ‘ignorance and illiteracy are the causes of social and individual evils, provide education for all to remedy it’.

The educational apostolate of the congregation is directed mainly towards the poor and the marginalized without any distinction of caste, creed and community.

Just as ‘The Potter and the Clay’ can be akin to the ‘teacher’ and the ‘pupil’, we as educators try to mould the child to the best as we can by exerting gentle pressure and with a nurturing heart in many ways possible.

If the mould cracks, just like any good potter, we simply learn more about the clay we are handling and try again, never giving up.

Our vision : Holistic integral education for the fullness of life

Our mission : “He has anointed me to bring good news to the poor’. Our mission is to continue the mission of Jesus Christ that is the integral formation of the students to bring about a total transformation in them and in society through dedication, commitment and loving service. The whole educational programme is directed towards the holistic growth of the human person becoming fully integrated person and hence every school is an educational and formational institution where young people gradually discover their true self and learn to open themselves to life.

Our objectives

To promote faith formation that integrates with life.

To foster a total development of Physical, moral and social integration through value oriented education

To enable every person to become an agent of transformation by promoting justice, peace and love in today’s changing society.

Education of the marginalized to take their right place in the society.

Creating an environment of love and respect for life and nature to preserve our planet and maintain ecological harmony.

We are deeply interested in the nurturing of the child just as much as his or her academic success by developing a close relationship with the parents and giving them our constant feedback about their child’s progress.

We have been impacting the child’s academic success and all round development over the years in a positive way.

The congregation’s apostolate of education reaches out to nearly 40,000 students through 50 educational institutions in India, Tanzania, Poland and Argentina. Through the ministry of education the congregation strives to empower the students to be torch bearers, blazing a new trail in transforming the society, for a better and happier future for the church and the country.

It is a matter of pride and gratitude to God that the students who have passed through the portals of our schools are contributing positively towards the betterment of their families and society in a constructive manner.

May Jesus the greatest teacher continue to be our motivator and inspiration.
